How to Measure to find the best fit, we recommend taking a similar garment that fits comfortably, laying it completely flat on a smooth surface, and comparing its measurements to the chart above.

Body Length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder (where the shoulder seam meets the collar) straight down to the bottom hem of the shirt.
Chest Width (Laid Flat): Measure horizontally straight across the chest, typically right below the armholes, from one side seam to the other. To find the total chest circumference, simply double this measurement (for example, a 22" flat chest width equals a 44" total chest circumference). If you are measuring your body rather than a shirt, measure around the fullest part of your chest and divide by two to find your matching laid-flat size.
Sleeve Length: Measure from the center back of the neck, out to the point of the shoulder, and down to the very edge of the sleeve hem.
