How to Measure Your Garment

To find the most accurate fit, we recommend laying a similar flat garment of your own on a flat, even surface and comparing the dimensions to the manufacturer’s size chart.

· Inseam: Measure from the center crotch seam straight down the inside of the leg to the bottom hem opening.

· Waist Relaxed: Measure straight across the top waistband edge from side to side while the garment is lying completely flat in its natural, un-stretched state.

· Waist Extended: Measure straight across the top waistband edge while pulling the elastic band outward to its maximum fully stretched length.

Tip: The dimensions in our chart represent flat garment measurements (measured across one side). If you are comparing them to body measurements or full-circumference dimensions, remember to double the flat waist width.
